Terms & Conditions
EIGHT LIMITED will normally provide one-year LIMITED Warranty Services (as defined below) to Customer under warranty terms or chargeable basis under the terms and conditions hereof.
1) You must present the original invoice / receipt and guarantee certificate (original copy) issued by EIGHT LIMITED for verification when repair service is rendered, otherwise repair service will be on a chargeable basis. (Please refer to Terms and Conditions for details)
2) The warranty shall not apply to the following: Damages caused by water, fire, accident, negligence, abuse or misuse, improper voltage input, normal wear and tear, or any unauthorized repair or being tempered with.
3) The governing version of Terms & Conditions is on the printed Guarantee Certificate and shall prevail when there are inconsistencies between the online version and the printed version. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
4) Please return the Guarantee Registration Card to EIGHT LIMITED WITHIN 10 DAYS from the date of purchase and customers only have to register once, otherwise, it may cause a delay in free guarantee service.
